Gas prices and heating bills

$2.30 a gallon to fill my tank it hasn't been cold out and i still have a $320 gas bill yeah would someone please tell me what the fuck is going on. Katrina don't give me that shit. Iraq isn't this why we went over there? Don't give me weapons of mass destruction bullshit. This is fucking out of control. Basic human rights should give us these things at a fair price. If it hurts me there will be thousands of family's and children freezing if we have a bad cold spell. becouse people can't afford there fucking heating bills.
